Zac from The Needs

November 29, 2005

This is somewhat of a tribute post. This week Special Needs/The Needs announced that they were splitting up. There wasn't a giant press conference, Childline haven't been inundated with calls and The Mirror hasn't run the story on their front page. But still, its a shame. However, as upset as I am by this, I think the shoe world of shoe gurus may be breathing a sigh of relief. Its hard to tell where his shoes start and the pavement begins. Well tied bows though. Maybe Zac has a future as a primary school teacher, I'm sure all they do is teach shoe lace tying. http://www.popstarfeets.co.uk/images/thumbs//zacneeds_shoes_thumb.jpg

Dave Gahan from Depeche Mode

November 25, 2005

Grrr....these are some hard looking shoes. Big zips, I would not like my delicate toes trodden on by these. Depeche Mode roughly means 'Fast Fashion' and look - he's on an escalator - making Dave Gahan the first Popstar Feets on the move picture. Depeche Pieds indeed. http://www.popstarfeets.co.uk/images/thumbs/depeche_shoes_thumb.jpg

B Plan

November 18, 2005

B Plan have been carrying around this shoe for 3 years now. It's name is Quentin and is often seen being dragged around on a long leash from venue to venue on the band tour. Extensive rumours hold that the band do indeed believe this shoe is a real dog, many a time the band have been late on stage because they've been waiting for Quentin to 'do his business' on the pavement outside. The start of the shoe/dog antics coincided with one member losing his own shoe, with the band claiming that Quentin was a boistrous puppy who chewed everything. There are no explanations yet as to why Quentin has a bottle up his arse. http://www.popstarfeets.co.uk/images/thumbs/bplan_shoes_thumb.jpg
